For assistance with CASAA IT services and web support, please contact the IT Customer Support Services at ovpritsupport@unm.edu or submit a ticket using the link below. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Any computers managed by OVPR IT receive advanced support from OVPR IT Enterprise Managed Systems.
